Your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our exchange and return policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.


What Is Your Return or Exchange Policy?

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to claim for a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, stained, defected, or incomplete

  • The product does not match the size ordered

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, with labels and protective stickers attached

Note: This policy applies to orders delivered within Pakistan only. For international orders, please contact our customer support team, and we’ll try to assist you in the best way possible.


How Do I Apply for a Return?

To initiate a return, please:

  1. Email us at [email protected] or call us at 0321 2072738 with your order details and reason for return

  2. Once approved by our support team, send the parcel to:
    E-commerce Department, VipCorner.pk

  3. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

In certain cases, our team may direct you to the nearest Vip Corner outlet for an exchange.


When Will My Return Be Processed?

We aim to process returns within 5–7 working days after receiving the parcel.
During high-traffic periods, please allow up to 14 working days.


Size Exchange Policy

Not satisfied with the size?

  • You may request a size exchange within 10 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Contact our E-commerce team via [email protected]

  • Our support team may route you to a nearby Vip Corner outlet for faster exchange.

Applicable to domestic (Pakistan) orders only.


Do You Offer Refunds?

Yes, refunds are available only when:

  • We are unable to provide an exchange or alternate solution.

Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Refunds may take 7–10 working days, depending on the payment method.


Customized & Made-to-Order Returns

Customized or made-to-measure items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If there is an issue due to incorrect measurements, please provide pictorial proof, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.


Sale & Discounted Orders

  • Refunds or exchanges are only allowed if the product received is incorrect or does not match the order.

  • No returns for size, preference, or change of mind on sale items.
